Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Brian Connolly's 12 years in the computer industry have focused on developing
and implementing technology for enterprise business applications. He created
the Isix™ architecture and is responsible for driving strategic and operational
initiatives at Isix Software. Prior to establishing Isix Software in 1995,
Mr. Connolly co-founded DARC Corporation in 1992. He most recently served
as Executive Vice President of DARC, a premier enterprise application
professional services firm. Before founding DARC, he played an integral
role in the development and launch of Oracle's ERP applications in 1988
as part of Oracle Corporation's elite consulting group.

Jay Borden
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Jay Borden joined DARC Corporation as Chief Financial Officer in 1998
and has been instrumental in helping the organization manage growth as
it has doubled in size over a 2-year period. Before coming to DARC, he
served as Director of Finance at Rand McNally and Co. for 3 years and
helped the company divest non-core business units and recapitalize the
remaining operation. Prior to Rand McNally, Mr. Borden spent 8 years with
KPMG, where he assisted in initial public offerings and private placements.
During his KPMG tenure, he worked 2 years in the United Kingdom on global
commerce projects.

Donald E. Kidwell
Vice President, Strategic Business Development
Donald Kidwell has been managing and directing software development and
systems integration businesses in both commercial and government arenas
for over 14 years. Since 1996, he has held positions at DARC Corporation
spanning General Management, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Risk
Management and Corporate Development and Vice President Strategic Business
Development. During his tenure at DARC and prior to that Unisys Corporation,
he has negotiated over 150 system integration, software development, consulting
and product license contracts. Additionally, he has executed over 50 strategic
alliance agreements with such Fortune 500 companies as Oracle, Microsoft,
IBM, Digital, Computer Associates, as well as the Big 5, and other niche
software vendors. Overall his background entails Finance and Accounting,
Pricing and Contracts, Program Management and Cost Schedule Control, Consulting
and Education as well as P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility.
